Our customers handle projects within the Pharmaceutical, Power, and Oil&Gas business.
We are looking for determined and skilled engineers to make sure our customers get the best-in-class mechanical consultancy in their projects ranging from conceptual design and up until installation and commissioning.
You will be working with some or more of the following tasks:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for coordination of the mechanical engineering packages for a number of medium to high complexity projects.
- Dimensioning and specifying pipes, components, and equipment.
- Work closely with process engineer & give input on P&ID, GA and other technical documents.
- Preparation of TS/RFQs for various components.
- Communication with purchase/suppliers on technical matters.
- Tendering work
- Participate in project meetings.
- Preparation of documents as per customer defined templates.
- Reading customer specifications & contractual requirements.
- Understand deviation list & scope of delivery.
- Implementing projects in the construction phase using supervision and supervise of contractors and suppliers.
- Inspection at sub suppliers and participating on site activities, Control of FAT/SAT activities.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Strong mechanical or chemical engineering background
- Several years of project experience in process- engineering, pharmaceutical or life since industry.
- General knowledge on vessels, valves, pumps, heat exchangers & instrumentation is an advantage.
- 3D modelling in CAD tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ASME/EN codes.
- You have an interest in Project Management.

AP Consults is looking for Electrical & Automation Engineers with min. 2-8 years’ experience to our customers located in Denmark.
Our customers handle projects within the Pharmaceutical, Power, and O&G business.
As an Electrical & Automation Engineer you will be joining the team being responsible for the projects electrical system design and documentation.
A typical project includes bid/quotation support, engineering and design, specifications for procurement, test of engineered solutions, documentation, and technical support during commissioning.
Major responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Engineering calculation where we do load calculation, Power calculation for main incomer, Transformer, Power supply, Heat load calculation.
- Cable sizing and selection and calculation as per application and requirement, components selection e.g switchgears, Protection devices, VFD, Enclosure, Barriers, etc. as per requirement, standard and site location. And prepare panel BOM accordingly.
- Create and be a part of using standard template of testing for different part of the equipment. You need also be in charge of developing and maintaining test procedures suitable for the equipment design.
- Execution of projects involving the design of complex customized electrical engineering systems
- Review of customer specifications/tenders
- Engineering systems for hazardous (ATEX) / non-hazardous areas
- Specifying equipment, instrumentation, and controls incl. procurement
- Documentation for complete design
- Inspection of equipment
- Check the requirement of the standard for IEC design safety standard EN60204-1 safety on machinery and for UL design UL508a and safety on machinery NFPA79.
- Preparation of the i/o list and selection of PLC, HMI accordingly
Who are you?
Your educational background is in electrical engineering with use of international codes and standards such as IEC, ISO, DNV GL, Hazardous Areas (ATEX).
We expect that you have min. 2-8 years relevant work experience.
The work requires that you communicate fluently in written and spoken English.

About the role and the team
You will become an integral part of a small team within the Project Management department. In the role of System Consultant, your primary focus will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide support and ensure the seamless operation of our systems.
With your proven technical and business knowledge you will quickly become part of the “go to persons” for our “ProjectHub” (Sharepoint Online Document Management System). You will take part in giving directions as well as actively contributing to the development of ProjectHub together with internal stakeholders and external IT consultants.
Your enthusiasm for embracing new technologies and your strong knowledge within the MS Power Platform & MS Office 365 allows you to introduce best practices and practical solutions to the operations by use of the full suite from MS Office 365.
We expect that you’ll be:
- The system specialist knowing the ins and outs of our systems.
- The bridge between internal stakeholders and external IT consultants developing the systems.
- Implementing low-code adjustments and enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Documenting system features and enhancements.
- Taking on the role of trainer, equipping system superusers with required knowledge.
- Performing system tests of code developed by external IT consultants.
- Working closely with our Information & Document Management team, aligning with best practices in Document Management.
